    · Main Unit (Excluding consumables): 1 Year from the date of purchase

    · Initial Defects (Within 1 month of purchase): Replacement available after inspection (Shipping covered by 4FACT)

    · After the Warranty Period: If more than 1 year has passed since purchase or if proof of purchase is unavailable.


    · User Negligence: Damage or breakage caused by improper use or everyday wear and tear.

    · Discontinued Products: Exchange for a refurbished product designated by 4FACT (6-month warranty applies to the refurbished unit).

    · Proof of Purchase: In cases where a receipt is missing, the warranty period is calculated from the manufacturing date.

  • How do I apply for an exchange or a return?

    • Applications can be made within one month of receiving the product.
      However, exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind are only possible if the product packaging has not been opened. (In the case of exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind, excluding initial defects, you must bear the round-trip shipping fee.)
