· Main Unit (Excluding consumables): 1 Year from the date of purchase
· Batteries: 1 Year (Only if performance drops below 60% within the period)
· Other Components (Speakers, Microphones, Brackets, etc.): 1 Month
· Initial Defects (Within 1 month of purchase): Replacement available after inspection (Shipping covered by 4FACT)
· After 1 Month of Purchase: Free repair or part replacement (Round-trip shipping fees charged to the customer)
Paid A/S Service
· After the Warranty Period: If more than 1 year has passed since purchase or if proof of purchase is unavailable.
· User Negligence: Damage or breakage caused by improper use or everyday wear and tear.
· Discontinued Products: Exchange for a refurbished product designated by 4FACT (6-month warranty applies to the refurbished unit).
· Proof of Purchase: In cases where a receipt is missing, the warranty period is calculated from the manufacturing date.

· Same Symptom Re-repair: 3-month warranty applies to the specific repaired part.
· Shipping Costs: 4FACT covers shipping if the same issue recurs within 1 month of repair.
· Rental Service: No rental units or compensation provided during the repair period.
· Receipts: Only official receipts are accepted (Handwritten receipts are invalid).
